be processed. The “owner” of the handling of this data is Mr. Gian Marco Dalpane

and is managed solely by technical personnel of the responsible department or by those
responsible for occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service
is communicated or released.

the purpose of providing a service or request.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
Computer systems and software processes responsible for the performance of this website
acquire, over the course of their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission
is involved in the use of internet communication protocols. It concerns information which is
not collected to be associated with identified interested parties but which, by their very
nature, could, through processing and combination with data held by third parties, enable
users to be identified. In this category of data are included; the IP addresses or domain
names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI addresses (Uniform
Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to
submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code
indicating the status of the reply provided by the server (successful, error etc.) and other
parameters relating to the operating system and the I.T environment of the user. This data
may be used but only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and
to control the correct performance thereof. Furthermore, the data is deleted immediately
after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of possible I.T
offences against the site. With the exception of the aforementioned scenario, data on web
contacts will not be stored for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The elective, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to addresses indicated on this site
entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for the reply to the
request, as well as any other possible personal data entered in the letter. Specific summary
information will be progressively stated or displayed on the site’s pages for particular
services on request.
COOKIES
No personal data relating to the users is acquired by the site. No use is made of
cookies for the transmission of information of persons or persistent cookies of
any type or systems for tracking users. The use of session cookies (which are not
stored persistently on the computer of the user and disappear upon closure of the
browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of
random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allowing the safe and
efficient navigation of the site. Session cookies used on this site avoid the need to use
other I.T techniques which could potentially compromise the confidentiality of the user’s
navigation and do not permit the acquisition of personal data which identifies the user.
OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Further to the above stipulations with regard to web user data, the user is free to provide
personal data. Failure to provide personal data may render the provision of services
impossible.
PROCESSING METHOD
Personal data is processed by automated systems for as long as strictly necessary to
achieve the aims for which it was originally collected. Specific security measures are
observed to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use of data and non-authorised access.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The persons to whom the personal data refers, have the right, at any moment, to obtain
confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know the content and
origin, to verify the accuracy or request the completion, updating or the correction thereof
(see Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003).
In accordance with the same article, interested parties have right to request the deletion,
anonymization or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as object to,
in any case, for legitimate reasons, the processing thereof. Requests should be addressed
to the Owner of processing and person responsible, Mr Gian Marco Dalpane. The Privacy
Policy of this site is subject to updates.
